Retirement: Solved.

The strength of a retirement plan is in its management, and managing a modern retirement plan amid the ever-changing conditions of today’s world requires careful maintenance and exacting calculation. Plan sponsors and advisors have a duty to ensure that a plan is viable and beneficial to its participants, and those goals demand expert, professional support.

Our clients and their plan participants trust RHI to provide actuarial consulting and plan administration services that promote plan success. We offer an integrated set of services, from plan design customized to meet the needs of each individual participant to rigorous recordkeeping and actuarial calculation. RHI specializes in the fundamental pieces that make retirement plans work.

Why RHI?

RHI serves the full spectrum of retirement programs – defined benefit and defined contribution plans, traditional and hybrid plans, qualified and non-qualified plans – with a fully customizable service offering covering all aspects of retirement plan design, implementation, regulatory compliance, actuarial services and ongoing plan administration.

Our work begins with an in-depth review of plan strategy and status, and continues with administration, implementation and monitoring of all aspects of the plan. Our firm is comprised of experts who bring decades of practical experience, working alongside plan advisors, sponsors and participants to create and manage retirement plans that benefit sponsors and participants now and into the future.
